Call Catchers launched mid 2005, with the aim of offering a value for money service in a competitive market. As any new business knows, finances are tight when you start trading, but you're stuck with not being able to afford to employ a receptionist to take your calls, but without those calls being answered, you're not going to achieve the sales you were hoping for and employ a receptionist!
With this in mind, Call Catchers was born! At launch, we were a team of 2 full-time staff, and in our first 2 years, we have grown to team of 5, and continue to grow. Each member of the team has been trained to deal with the diversity of the different sectors, and all enjoy the variety of enquiries received. We're big enough to cope, yet small enough to care!
We now have a very broad client base ranging from plumbers and builders, to financial advisors, solicitors and trianing providers. Our retention rate so far is above 90%, so be warned if you take our free trial, the chances are that you will find our service so good, that you'll let us be your full-time receptionist for some time to come!
